Delia is brilliant! My partner and I both went for the nore therapies reset and it was a great experience for both of us. She is an incredibly kind person, very easy to talk to and to feel comfortable with. She has a profound knowledge of herbal medicine and her massage genuinely made a difference to how we felt. We were both skeptical of reiki, as we had never experienced it before, but after the session with Delia we are both interested in trying it again, we both felt a real effect from it. I would highly recommend going to Delia and will definitely go back myself.

Delia is an amazing person. The best part of my experience was that she focuses to treat the cause rather than working on the symptoms caused by the underlying issue. I feel so relaxed even after so many days. Usually, when I get a massage anywhere else the pain would be back in a day or two. Would highly recommend her services to people who really want to treat their pain rather than temporarily suspending it!

Delia is an outstanding therapist. I injured my shoulder 6 months ago, have had cortisone injection and anti-inflammatories. I have had really bad pain and movement was severely restricted.I have seen an Orthopaedic Surgeon twice and am scheduled for surgery in March. After 4 sessions with Delia I don’t believe I will need surgery. The pain is virtually gone, movement has improved 80%. I can’t believe how well I feel. The interest Delia has in you, her knowledge and understanding of how the body works is amazing. Delia works so hard and is not motivated by money. Delia takes a detailed history of how you are at each session. She works with how you are and explains why things are as they are. Her approach is multidisciplinary. She will consult with other specialists if needs be. Delia provides a first class service
